Disturbing Technology Use / Implications

This is a very interesting article - from facial recognition to other uses of data and analysis of sexuality, personal desires, etc.

Is it accurate? What nefarious uses might rogue states and governments use these for?

I think the great danger is that evil governments or factions might either believe or assert it to be accurate and in how they might employ it per their evil intentions. Imagine if the Nazis had developed such a technology!
