To save time and not miss anything, I suggest you ask me, then I will answer in the affirmative or negative, with explanations if possible. In a nutshell though, I believe He is the creator and everything that happens is a result of His plan/will.

Yes, I believe there is a right or wrong, instilled in each of us by God in order to fulfill His plan/will.

Good, you're half way there. If there's no circumstance in which you believe it's ok to rape children or torture puppies, then the next logical step, would be for you to see that it's objectively wrong to rape children and torture puppies.
