P.S since we are already off topic, where the heck did the word 'irked' come from? I started using it after someone else used it....who knew I had spent lots of times being 'irked'and I didnt even know it

That's how an apostrophe is used to show possession.

It also says stick to one formula, so I choose no apostrophes.

Doesn't the possessive apostrophe mean the years belonging to the 1960s, that is, 1960-69? That's how I rationalise the blatant stupidity anyway.
