How about this ... let's, as a Christian community, defend our thoughts and actions and words by the Imitation of Christ.
if, in your heart of hearts... you feel, in your mind's eye ... see or from the depths of your mind... reason that the use of these personally defining words would be used by Christ. If not, then to use them is to be against or anti-Christ.

If so, then they should be easily defend able through bible scripture, noting the use of anarchic personally defining words by Christ.

IMO, this site has far less to do with proselytizing of non Christians and much more to do with daily personal communion between Christians of faith and love. I think we should get back to that and become more personally responsible for our, now understood, divisive language.

It is racist term.

Now look how Philip notified FL and how FL reacted

Let's move on and not use the Ch word.

So the word "Chink" MIGHT be offensive? Did you not read what Audie wrote about her own experience, of how that incensed her? Please! Are you seriously defending such language on this forum? If so, you're as clueless as FL!
What is offensive has much to do with who says it and how it is said. The guy who wrote "CHINK" on my
door had me in tears, then rage. In the end he proved to be very apologetic
and he hadnt really meant anything, just a dopey freshman who'd had a couple of beers.

I did not take offense at FL's use of the word, one of the relatively few times
he hasnt given reason to slap him for his crudities and insulting falsehoods.

The most recent example here is his lie with half a truth, that Im being hypocritical and using a racist word for
our friends of the far north. I told him earlier that in Alaska, Eskimo is what
the Yupik and Inuit Eskimos call themselves. If I am in Canada, I will observe local custom.

Im past granting him the importance to annoy me.

As for his ability to witness to such as myself, that would be a zero. He cant
hurt Christianity in my eyes, still less than zero does he show a current capacity
to presents the effects of Christianity on a person in a favourable light.
