Al Gore and the global climate crowd are pseudo-scientific lunatics. Cattle create more greenhouse gases than every SUV on the planet by far yet Al Gore likes steaks. :shakehead:

Which bit is pseudo-science? (I have to admit I don't know the specifics of Al Gore's views)

I hope to God this doesn't get passed. All we need are worldwide elections, then everyone's sovereignty goes out the window, and I don't mean just the governments. Just imagine how much worse propaganda will be in order to preserve a "worldwide democracy" so that everyone holds all this humanist nonsense dear to themselves. Add in all the "WE NEED TO STOP TH GLOBUL WARMINZ" nonsense to give the illusion of a common enemy, and you not only have the recipe for the death of diversity, but also the death of free speech. Meaning also that institutionalized religion, and I would like to draw to your attention, churches, will also be regulated and monitored to say anything that would speak against this "global government".

I guess the whole "END OF THE WORLD IN 2012 KTHNX BAI" thing the world is freaking out over is a bit of a "self-fulfilling prophecy" on their part, isn't it?

Ngakuni -
I wouldn't categorise a desire to curb global warming as nonsense. Certainly there is a lot of nonsense spouted by the MMCO2GW atheists and evangelists, but the desire to halt it is perfectly reasonable.
