How About Something Positive

Post by Jonouchi Katsuya »

I just want to create a positive place to celebrate good people God (or whatever or whoever or destiney) has brought to us.

So, the first person I want to thank God for is . He is a great man who helped to start to resolve the complex problem of world hunger with his invention of the instant noodle. He is the founder of the company Nissan. The creator of the Cup of Noodle. It really is an amazing invention that has helped people from all walks of life get food. Disaster situation? His instant noodles are always the answer. Poor college student? You bet ya!

died four years ago at the ripe old age of 96. But I will remember him as a great man who helped many many people with his simple invention.

If you want to share someone who made life better, someone we should be happy graced this earth and still makes life special even today feel free. Just please keep everything positive. I just want this to be a happy shiny place. ^.^;
Hi I am a Buddhist and I seek enlightenment. I do not know everything. I do not pretend to know everything. I desire strongly to discuss the Bible as you see it. Please correct me when I get something wrong.

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.Amen.

And we shouldn't forget the christian reformers who fought and broke through the idolatrous dogma of a blind church :clap: :clap: :clap:
It would be a blessing if they missed the cairns and got lost on the way back. Or if
the Thing on the ice got them tonight.

I could only turn and stare in horror at the chief surgeon.
Death by starvation is a terrible thing, Goodsir, continued Stanley.
And with that we went below to the flame-flickering Darkness of the lower deck
and to a cold almost the equal of the Dante-esque Ninth Circle Arctic Night
without.

Should a Catholic applaud too? y:-/ :ebiggrin:
"Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces." Matthew 7:6

"For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse." Romans 1:20
