So you don't believe in the fall of Man, but in the fall of Eden?

*confused*

You do believe we all inherit Adam's sinful flesh, correct?

I have no idea what you mean by, "the fall of Eden".

I'm just trying to get you to read what the biblical text actually says.

And as far as your second question, my response would be:
Romans 5:12

When I read Genesis I'm assuming he's talking about all serpents, all women, all men, and the entire earth. Do you disagree?
God curses the ground and never specifies a boundary.

If the ground is cursed, maybe the tree that grows from the ground is affected by the curse, hence dead bird tree.

Most women today have painful child birth, is that from the curse?

Most Men today have to be the provider and work to death, is that from the curse?

Furthermore, we all still return to the dust. And women still try to rule over their husbands.

I'm thinking these curses are still in effect today, yes.
The Lord God said to the serpent,

“Because you have done this,
cursed are you above all livestock
and above all beasts of the field;
on your belly you shall go,
and dust you shall eat
all the days of your life.
15 I will put enmity between you and the woman,
and between your offspring[e] and her offspring;
he shall bruise your head,
and you shall bruise his heel.”

16 To the woman he said,

“I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing;
in pain you shall bring forth children.
Your desire shall be contrary to[f] your husband,
but he shall rule over you.”

17 And to Adam he said,

“Because you have listened to the voice of your wife
and have eaten of the tree
of which I commanded you,
‘You shall not eat of it,’
cursed is the ground because of you;
in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life;
18 thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you;
and you shall eat the plants of the field.
19 By the sweat of your face
you shall eat bread,
till you return to the ground,
for out of it you were taken;
for you are dust,
and to dust you shall return.”

Reread the text you quoted. Where does it say anything about all serpents, all women, or all men?
The text is very specific. It says,

"...to the serpent..."

"...to the woman..."

"...to Adam..."

The text says, without assuming, that God punished the three who were involved.

I thought it was implied because serpents are still in the same condition today, as are men and women, and the cursed ground. Humanity still has these issues.

So you don't believe in the curse? In Revelation 22:3 it promises the curse will be lifted.
