Does the bible compare the age of earth to God's age or something? I've heard this but I haven't found it, even on google.

God has NO age! Age is but a number, but it is always SOME number, nonetheless. ETERNAL/ALWAYS existing - there is no number for that - He transcends those parameters.

Can't quite get my head around that...

Age is a measure of time, relative time, and is applicable to OUR universe only.
Anything outside our universe, our realm of existence, is not subject to the same "rules".
God, by the very definition of being God, is Eternal and IS existence so there was never a "time" that God never existed because if He had, there would have been NO existence at all.

God's "age" is eternity. That's what I meant. So is there a verse which compares the age of the earth to eternity or not, to show how old it is?

Neither can I, yet I accept God as being eternal. In fact it makes sense, there had to be an uncaused cause. But I digress.

Even though I believe the KJV bible which was written about 500 years ago long before the age of the earth was known reveals to us the earth is old and not young the bible does not give a specific time no matter what interpretation you accept even YEC and I think this is where science comes in to tell us. But just the fact God is eternal is a good enough reason I think to assume the earth is old and not young. It is very hard to imagine God just sitting around for eternity until just abut 6000 years ago and this could mean the earth is older than even science says, not proven but it very well could be.

Perhaps God being referred to as Ancient of Days / from ancient days (Daniel 7:9; Isaiah 43:13 NIV) and mountains being declared ancient and hills age-old. (Deut 33:15; Hab 3:6) is the closest.
