Hard Evidence for the YEC Claim for the Age of the Earth

Post by Canuckster1127 »

This thread is intended as a compendium of material, posts and links demonstrating the age of the earth.

A similar thread has been started to afford OEC proponents the same forum to present their hard evidence.

Initially, I request we maintain debate on other threads and let these Threads serve as references for source materials.

Most if not all are addressed here. Some of them are simply not known however.

What about this one?

Or this one, about the sea's missing salt?

AiG lists a whole lot of articles defending a young age here:

Once I ran across an article contrasting the Biblical story with the scientific story, showing that there were about 20 discrepancies in the order of things (e.g. the Bible has first water and then land, science has first land and then water -- what does OEC say?). It's a pity I can't find it anymore. Anyway it wouldn't qualify as solid evidence (in the sense of scientific).
