This guy goes around giving money and video recording it?
It's a beautiful story and very inspirational.
Acts of random kindness make such a difference, far more than we ever think they do.
That said, I can see the skeptics saying it was fake.

Yeah, I found that strange too huh?
I often think some of the most beautiful miracles God pulls off are cloaked within natural events and coincidence. Just because they can be naturally explained doesn't mean they were not designed (e.g., your belief in God's working through evolution). Certainly, I myself can see God's hidden hand at play here pulling some strings.
The Atheist certainly felt something and seemed sure as to who was pulling the strings. That is perhaps what matters when God works personally with us: that we know and He knows we know. Such intimate spiritual moments if/when had are truly moving.

The 700 Club "feels" the news. At least in the past, they used to always have Pat or some anchor saying something like, "I sense someone out there has a lot of severe pain in their abdominal area" - and then they'd "pray it away." It's what I call the "name it claim it" crowd, so often having some "private revelation from the Lord." Guess it's a mix of pentecostal beliefs. Perhaps someone here might better elaborate on their background? Prior to Jesus being born into the world, their was about 400 years of silence from God - at least no recorded messages are obvious. But yet Pentecostals have these revelations of hidden or future things on a weekly basis. Huh?!!! 
I notice that they are typically some vague, Jeanne Dixon-like proclamation - not specifics which can be discerned and shown to actually be from God.
