More leftist madness. How many teachers and kids in schools actually think like this...

Hey Ed, you didn't comment on the video above....

Or how about this video where tolerant leftist liberals harass, beat and chase a man merely for wearing a MAGA hat (watch at least to the 4 minute mark as this is not merely pushing around but beaten to the ground). Imagine people had done this to someone wearing an Obama or Hillary hat it would be all over CNN and other liberal media for days. And you claim this isn't widespread. Get a clue, it was a massive group of people. It seems they get more courage the more of them there are, like pack animals.

Leftists liberals have lost the plot. The people who call for tolerance are the least tolerant of different views. First amendment only counts if your views align with mine...

I watched a couple of minutes of the video. It seemed like the teacher behaved inappropriately. If the rule is no hats then the rule is no hats, but the guy just kept blathering on and on. That said, I didn't have the patience to watch the whole thing because some YouTube pundit was also blathering on and on, stretching a 3 minute video into nearly 10.

Anyway, some thoughts:

Everything about Trump - his slogan, his behavior, his tweets, and all the rest - is designed to get a reaction, and Trump supporters have a tendency to pick up where Trump leaves off. The kid wore the hat to get a reaction. He deliberately provoked that entire exchange so that he could film it and post it to YouTube, so that people like you could insist that conservatives are oppressed by free speech hating liberals.

Your premise is false, but that's the dead horse that you'll apparently never stop beating and there's no way I can get you to see reason.

Oh well...

Simply for wearing a MAGA hat? Really, Stu? Because in the video that I saw the guy went out of his way to deliberately antagonize a group of protesters. Let me clue you in on human behavior, Stu - if you deliberately antagonize a group of angry people - any group of angry people, anywhere, ever - there's a decent chance that you'll get your ass kicked. I'm not condoning beating on the guy, but the cause and effect relationship between taunting a crowd and getting stomped by said crowd is pretty clear. I know it, you know it, and the guy in the video knew it.

Just like in your other video, that guy went out of his way to create a conflict so that he could film it and post it on YouTube, so that people like you could push the false narrative that liberals hang around in violent mobs waiting to attack innocent people for no reason whatsoever.

And here's a group of Proud Boys - a newly formed White nationalist group - leaving the Metropolitan Republican Club, beating the hell out of some guy in the street, laughing and cheering about it, and then posing for a group picture to commemorate the event.

I don't recall seeing this video on CNN. FOX News did show a video of the group's founder, Gavin McInnes, brandishing a sword on a New York City street, but they falsely claimed that he was a liberal protester.

So what was your point again...?

Sure, Stu. Whatever you say.

That's inaccurate. Trump's IQ is 156. Just ask him, he'll tell you.

But I don't think strategically minded Democrats truly want to impeach him 2 years out from the next presidential election - cause that would mean (hopefully) a far more sober Pence, who would be a far favorable contrast to most across the heartland - that is, as opposed to both Trump and any of the very liberal (is there another type?) Democratic contenders. The Democrats best chance at winning the presidency is to use Trump as a whipping boy over his final two years and then hope the economy tanks. The Clintons are toast! Uncle Joe Biden - way too old. The socialists like Bernard - way too old, and WAY too far left!

The impeachment issue is tricky.

On the one hand, I think you're right - people like Nancy Pelosi absolutely do not want to start impeachment proceedings. Trump's antics cost the GOP the House, despite some pretty expansive gerrymandering and voter suppression efforts and a boom economy. They increased their lead a bit in the Senate, but not nearly as much as they should have. And the big shift that made it all happen is that educated, suburban voters - people who often support GOP candidates - turned their backs on Trump's party in November. Pelosi's an intelligent woman. She knows that Trump is a millstone chained around the Republican Party's neck, and she knows it's likely to get worse for them. In fact, the House Democrats can make it a lot worse with subpoenas and public hearings. The days of Devin Nunes and Trey Gowdy protecting the President from the House are over. In short, Trump is in a lot of trouble already, and that's with a strong economy. The market won't boom forever, the trade war is likely to do damage, and eventually people are going to notice that the Republicans are engaged in some massive deficit spending.

On the other hand, Roger Stone is apparently going to plead the 5th in front of a Senate committee, Michael Flynn is reported to have been a great witness in an ongoing criminal investigation, Paul Manafort was caught sharing info with Trump's legal team, and Michael Cohen just told the world that Trump was working on business deals with Russia well past the time he said that he'd stopped. That last one means that everyone in Trump's orbit who said otherwise to Congress or the FBI is in a dilly of a pickle now, although none of those things were good news for Team Trump. Then there's Trump's behavior. Every time he tweets about pardons it looks like obstruction of justice and/or witness tampering (because that's clearly his intent), and the more the dominoes fall the more Trump acts like he's guilty of something. It's completely possible that something will come to light that's so egregious that the Democrats have no choice but to impeach. That's really, really risky for them.

Then again, at that point it will be Senate Republicans trying to decide what they can get away with. That's got potential to be pretty risky for the GOP's long term prospects.

So buckle up, I guess. This [poop] show is gonna get worse before it gets better.

Ed: eventually people are going to notice that the Republicans are engaged in some massive deficit spending.
THIS is the one thing everyone of every political leaning should be exceptionally concerned about. It's very dangerous - a ticking time bomb! No person, entity, business, or government can continue to spend more than their inflow - there is a limit to what a house of (credit) cards can support.

Tolerant liberals at it again.

Michael Savage, facing death threats, heads to secret location

City, state and federal agencies are taking a look at a vicious, hateful email sent a restaurant frequented by talk radio icon Michael Savage that threatens to shoot up the establishment if he’s not denied future service.

Remember back in November when Fox News host Tucker Carlson and his family were targeted and threatened by protesters? This is worse.

Portions of the email sent to the restaurant state, in all caps, “I DEMAND THAT YOU REFUSE TO ALLOW MICHAEL SAVAGE … IN YOUR F-ING RESTAURANT AGAIN. HE IS A RACIST WHITE SUPREMACIST PIECE OF SH— … DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO ME? WELL I GUESS YOURE ALL GONNA F—ING DIE THEN CUZ I AM WAITING FOR THE MOTHAF— AND I WILL WAIT AND WATCH YOUR F—ING BUSINESS AND WHEN I SEE HIM GO IN THERE IM GOING TO START SHOOTING EVERY BODY I CAN FIND.”

The suspect then gets very specific.

“I OWN 3 GUNS AND I CAN DO SOME SERIOUS F—ING DAMAGE,” the email went on. “I WILL KILL AS MANY OF YOU RACIST-SUPPORTING/ENABLING WHITE SUPREMACISTS AS I F—ING CAN.”

Savage, in a telephone interview, said he has “changed location,” but he didn’t elaborate.

Savage also said: “Over the years, I have received many threats and have chosen to ignore them. … However, given the violent, vile times we are living in and the specific nature of this threat, both I and some serious agencies are taking this threat very seriously.”

And well they should.

The email goes on to totter on toward Hate Crime Land.

“PEOPLE WILL F—ING DIE,” the email messenger wrote. “IM GOING TO KILL THAT F—ING CRYPTO JEW BUT IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR WHOLE BUSINESS TO TURN INTO A F—IN SHOOTING GALLERY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS YOU BETTER KEEP HIM OUTTA THERE OR ELSE … YOURE ALL GONNA F—IN DIE UNLESS YOU DO WHAT I F—IN SAY. ILL REALLY MAKE U F—IN FAMOUS.”

It was just a few weeks ago that Carlson was caught in the crossfires of angry protesters who stormed to his home in Northwest D.C. and smashed against the front door.

“I called my wife,” Carlson said to The Washington Post. “She had been in the kitchen alone, getting ready to go to dinner, and she heard pounding on the front door and screaming … Someone started throwing himself against the front door and actually cracked the front door.”

Now comes this terrifying threat to a restaurant frequented by Savage — and by several politicians, for that matter.

Maybe now the left will start to tone down its rhetoric? Maybe now the Nancy Pelosis of the country and the Maxine Waters of the nation will start to understand that calls for summers of resistance and cries to confront conservatives — particularly those tied to this Donald Trump administration — in the streets, in restaurants, at their homes, are all examples of uncalled-for rallies that can indeed spark the mentally unstable or viciously partisan to actually get physical?

Savage said “they do have a suspect, they do have a suspect they’re looking at, as we speak.”

Good.

Let’s hope an arrest is soon to come.

This whole censorship of conservatives is bad enough. But threatening to shoot a conservative Jewish talk show host who happens to be on friendly terms with this president? That’s a new level of hate.

It’s a dangerous world out there, and apparently, speech — more to point, conservative speech — has become the shoot-to-kill target.

Hey, if it'll get Michael Savage's show off the radio, it can't be all bad.

Oh, Abe...

This is Fiza. It's an Indian action drama.

Image

It was a well-reviewed film - Karisma Kapoor was apparently very good as the disillusioned sister - so if you're looking for something to do (and reading world news from reputable sources doesn't strike your fancy) perhaps you could check it out.

I assume that you meant to say FISA, referring to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. That, Abe, is a really revealing error on your part. It tells me that you had no idea how to spell FISA because you hadn't seen it in print and didn't know that it was an acronym that included a word that started with an "s." It also reinforces my impression that you're pretty much just a ventriloquist's dummy mouthing someone else's words. As the always eloquent Donald J. Trump would say, "Sad."

In my opinion you'd do well to extract Q's arm from your backside and speak for yourself, but that's your problem, not mine. I'm just pointing out how obvious it is that you're a mouthpiece in hopes that the revelation will spur you to make a change.

You won't believe what we just learned. I know you kinda have had this hope that Trump would be impeached and then Pence would take over and be the President, who you think is more sober minded. But Trump reporters just learned about an assassanation that was planned for both Trump and Pence, which would make Nancy Pelosi the President. You should have seen what Donna Brazile posted on Twitter the other day that Trump lovers saw.Twitter changed what it first said after Trump supporters responded to it and called her out on it. Very serious info coming. Why do you think Nancy Pelosi tried to leave the country. You might want to read the tweets from Nancy Pelosi too concerning security and how Trump should not do the State of the Union speech. Then read Trump's tweet back to Nancy concerning a contract. Trump and Q knew about their plan and the State of the Union speech will go forward as planned.

Anyway, today it's musicians making threats. Easy enough. Here's Ted Nugent calling President Obama a piece of [poop] and saying that Obama should suck on his machine gun. Oh, and he's waving a rifle around while he says it. In front of a cheering crowd. Ted's still a FOX News contributor, by the way.
