I've been on a couple tours of a packing plant and even worked in one after high school. The place I worked at had hamburger boxes with USDA on them. They looked familiar but I could not remember where I saw them. Finally it dawned on me, I'd seen those boxes in the walk-in freezer in the school cafeteria. If I'd known that I would never have eaten meat in the school lunch.
