Uh...no thanks. I'm not one to eat fried skunk or sautéed raccoon testicles. If I ever go to China - which is highly unlikely - I'll be staying at the Beijing Holiday Inn and I'll be eating from the American menu.

Chinese food = yucky guck.

LOL! As a chef I like to expand my tastes'. But I also have to realize that all American food is a twist on some other recipe from some other part of the world. Franchise food places have killed the mom and pa places.

You should try tounge. It makes great tacos when cooked right and chopped real fine! :esurprised:
