We were talking about the Gideons and why no one ever opens one of their Bibles and reads it...Yours Truly excepted. I have both stolen and read Gideon Bibles. :angeldevil:

You know what, you meant it as a joke but it's true! Your country has shot itself in the head by wanting to be like other more "progressive" countries. Porn, abortion, over-the-counter pot, divorce, gay marriage, whatever...not to mention your President saying, "...we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation bound by ideals and a set of values." Values?! Which ones? the Christian values that made America GREAT and a beacon for the world to follow? or the values of the UK or France which have seen those countries slowly degenerate into a shadow of what they once were?

What's going on with your country, anyway? have you all lost your mind?

If they had a social gospel in the days of the prodigal son, somebody would have given him a bed and a sandwich and he never would have gone home.
