It's a hard age 15. I think between around 13-16 depending on the kid is an exceptionally confusing, emotional, hormonal, time for both boys and girls. They are working out where they fit in the world but yet are unable to see outside of themselves.
Its a tough gig being a teenager.
Tough for us parents too.
My son has confidence issues and sport/exercise has been paramount in building his self-esteem.
He will get through it Rick, he has a pretty great, understanding dad to help and encourage him along the way.
