I know, I know. When we first got it (in the mid 1990's!), we were total novices with the internet so it worked for us. Now, we have work e-mails and I have e-mail on my website etc.

Since one is SUPPOSED to be able to ditch AOL and keep their screen name we'll probably do that soon. . . .

Thanks for your forbearance in not giving me the AOL sermon. :D

Hey Bav good to see you
K was not able to contribute with his time anymore. He removed himself from being a Mod. I have not seen him for quite sometime now. We tried to bulk up on Mods a little more. Spam, and more users have made it a little more difficult for us. The more the merrier right :)

Hi everyone today 6/12/07 is the first day I have been logged onto this new board and I see post that are marked as very old so I am confused about that. I have been a christian since 2001 and really see a difference in my life, with that said there is still plenty for me to improve on. I have read many books and the Bible twice. I really get a blessing out reading
what is discussed here it helps me in many ways. I am called Ben most places I go. I am a network specialist in communications. I am from Klondike Florida now in Sanford outside Orlando. Plans to move to Tennessee in a few short years after I retire.

Welcome back, Bavarian Wheels. Did you run out of gas, or was it a red light, that had you stop back here after so long away?

Welcome back, phoney. This board is not a new one at all, and you are shown as having registered here back on April 12, 2007. The forum has just had a software update that makes it all look new (and hopefully work better too) which could be quite confusing. I'm still trying to get used to it - hunting for things which are right in front of my eyes! :?

Hello forumers,

My name is Ralph and my nickname is TheFlyingChristian just like my YouTube account, I found out the website God and Science about 1 month ago and found it really interesting, I did further research on the website and found out this forum who was really nice. (full of rational thinking christians). It's really nice everyone is so polite, so I decided to join. I come here sometimes to get infos. My english grammar is not perfect but I am pretty good at conversation.

This is my Youtube channel check out my subscriptions list, all these users have many interesting videos concerning christianity.

I am currently working on two videos. One series of video about the authencity of the Bible, and one a christian response to the blashpemy challenge. If some of you have links to websites that has facts concerning the authencity of the Bible please tell me.

Thank you for reading me,
God bless.

I think I'm a little late in posting here, but I will now.

My name is Harry, I'm fifteen years old, I've read most of the bible, I haven't been 'saved' for even a year and I'm kinda new to this theology stuff... :)

I'm a Calvinist, Futurist (Pre-tribulational dispensational premillinnialism) Christian... try saying that five times fast! :D

I'm studying English Lit & Lan, Maths, Science, History, RE, Geography, Spanish and Drama at GCSE levels (just finished my Year 10 mocks)... and that's it really. At least that means I gotta long time ahead of me to truly grasp all of this somewhat confusing theological and religious stuff... 8)

Harry,

Pleased to meet you and glad you are here. You carry yourself much more maturely than most 15 year olds I know (I have 5 children of my own so I can say that .... ;) )

It's great that you are here and that you are interested in growing in the knowledge of God and understanding the Bible better.

Blessings,

Bart

'm an agnostic and in an effort to be better understood and help other better understand me and others like me for we all share the same world. This Is the reason I'm here. A little on my history Im 17 and was a methodist until recently I've been baptised or saved depending on your denomination but, i no longer believe in any god.

Hi Eric. Have you read the Board Purpose yet? We do welcome folk who are agnostic provided that they comply with the discussion guidelines and purpose of this forum.
This message board is publicly open to anyone who wishes to register, and participate in discussions, however it is only intended for a specific audience. It is intended to serve as a place for:
1. Sincere seekers to inquire and ask questions;
2. Christians to give and receive encouragement and instruction; and
3. Non-Christians who are willing to "walk a thin line" and dialogue sensatively and respectfully.
This board is not for those who have strongly made up their mind that Christ is "not" for them; who merely wish to put down, debate, and argue against essential Christian beliefs. As such, those who are Christian, have not made up their minds, or desire civil discussions about Christianity are encouraged to join, while others who merely wish to attack and try to discredit Christianity are discouraged and will be heavily moderated.
If you think you can work within those guidelines, and that you are described by them, then fire ahead with any questions you may have and folks here will respond as they are able. Things are a bit quiet at the moment, so don't be concerned if there are no responses right away. People do turn up here and there, and this board has some very busy and quite hectic times, and other far more quiet times.
