I care very much about B.W. he has helped me find strength when no one else could.

I had my first 2 hour session of a ten week mood management and critical thinking CBT course today...
First session covered what cbt (cognitive behaviour therapy) actually is and how your thoughts, moods, behaviour and physical reactions are all interlinked. Its utterly fascinating as well as being emotional.
To actually see it in black and white, to actually see how... it was pretty awesome tbh.

Next week is our strengths and successes... thatll be fun :pound:

Seriously though, this is going to change my life.

It was offered to me to help with my depression and the course is ideal for me. It covers poor self esteem.
Today, i am elated!
I saw hope, not only that i will beat this depression but that i can finally become the person i want to be.
