Nope. In order for reality to be absolute, reality shouldn't change, but it does change...

Does the reality of death change?
Yes...

Look at how much medicine has progressed. But let's go for a clear example:

A man has rabies.

1) 150 years ago he would die. (no vaccine)
2) Today he lives.

Can we become immortal? Of course...

Just give it a little time.

Right now, even if we would have the medical breakthrough for that, we do have 7 billion people on this planet and growing beyond sustainable growth.

Just ask yourself about why we die in the first place:

1) We are conditioned by time (this needs a little bit of work)

2) Mechanical failure (this can be fixed and with time passing by, medicine will be able to fix almost anything)

Technically, we can't become immortal through technology. Even if we were able to stop aging altogether, the universe would eventually die out from heat death or something or we'd get compressed in a supermassive black hole or all those other nasty things that are inevitable given enough time.

define absolute reality?
You can't because that definition would be a"slave' to YOUR perception of reality, ie: it would be subjective.

Maybe by that time we will be able to create our own universe... technically speaking of course.

Death comes to all - you cannot stop it...

...it will catch up to us all

Denying it does not change this fact

Death is but a change from corporeal reality to spiritual reality, from matter into energy.

Our reality is as real as we perceive it to be.
In short, reality is as real as it needs to be at any given point in time.

If absolute reality exists, it would have to come from an absolute being.
