Re: The Intolerance of those Supposedly Upset over It
What I don't get is why do so many liberals dislike Christianity (or at least conservative Christianity), yet instead often support Islam (not the radical sects)?

Re: Creation Confusion
If I read this right there has been at least one documented instance of animals evolving beyond the species level, http://discovermagazine.com/2015/march/19-life-in-the-fast-lane Scientists are almost certain (by this I mean that over 90% of them acknowledge it) that it has happened. Still I don't t...

It could also surround the whole alien deception paradigm. Basically aliens (fallen angels) arrive in UFOs and claim they created the first creatures (origin of life) and spliced their DNA with apes when life had evolved far enough, thus creating mankind as we know him today. They could also claim ...

Re: Creation Confusion
From what I've researched, evolution means basically "populations changing over time". I personally don't agree with the tree of life but populations certainly have changed. All we need to do is to look at the new medicine that attacks new strands of germs every year. That said, I think hu...

Re: Creation Confusion
Hi everyone! My name is Jo, I am a Christian. I am really trying hard to figure out what I believe about creation. I was toying with both YEC and TE are different points and wound up somewhere in the middle as a progressive creationist. I guess I would say, I definitely believe in an old earth and ...

Re: Creation Confusion
Okay, My specific questions: How do we relate neanderthals with the rest of humanity? What about Eden, where was it? I guess I am having a really hard time with what-if questions and doubts. All the conflicting views on creation are causing me some serious anxiety, I have to say! I did check out th...

Re: The Most Wild View On Creation
This is really interesting, but I do make some points. First, these people before the first flood couldn't have been men, since humans didn't appear until the end of day 6. Also it seems that Lucifer was in heaven, according to Revelation 12:4, where he took one third of the angels, represented by ...

Re: Birthday's wrong
Well, since the first account of someone eating was Adam and Eve and the forbidden fruit, then clearly eating is wrong. And since tte first account of sibling conversation involved Cain murdering Abel, then that's clearly wrong, too. And since the first account of people putting on clothes was at a...

Re: Is Jesus ruling now?
Is Jesus ruling now or will He rule in the future at the end times? Thanks. He will rule in the future, right now He is in heaven. As much as some Christians don't like it, the Bible says that Satan is the current ruler of this world. Now that obviously doesn't mean every inch or corner of the worl...

Re: Infant Baptism
I disagree with infant baptism, one the grounds that it babies can't understand what's happening and that they are under the age of accountability. The age of accountability is supported in parts of the bible such as where Jesus says the people need to have faith like that of a child to enter heaven...

All hell will break loose at the magic number of 50.5%. Call me when it reaches that. Okay, you think Polygamy will be legalized in the next 20 to 30 years? http://www.cnn.com/2013/10/26/living/relationships-polyamory/ http://www.slate.com/blogs/outward/2013/09/05/why_i_m_still_in_the_polyamory_clo...

Re: Marriage
Question I was wondering has there every been a poll set up of what people now think of Monogamy? I know there is one Christan site that support polygamy but like a worldwide search? I know it rather small of the people who support polygamy Why on earth would any sane man want more than one wife? :...
