A thought on the Flood

Just a thought: The flood didn't happen over the entire world. It only happened where there were people (its purpose was to destroy mankind, afterall).

Yehren: I've discussed a good number of them here. At the time of our conversation: Not on this thread you haven't. People may take them for what they are worth. Why do you believe your opinions or thoughts are of any consequence? Your opinions/thoughts are of no consequence in the exchange of words...

Joining again after a long time! BGood: The environment and other pressures would cause most of them to perish. This statement has nothing to do with your statement that the development of life is not random and my subsequent statement that if it is not random, then it must be guided. The effect tha...

NDEs; Hell; Straight to Heaven...

It is not random. If it isn't random, then it had to be guided. ...removed the forest gradually. Environmental changes are random. So, you are saying life developed randomly. It is improbable for life to have developed randomly. Would the deer not adapt? How would they adapt? ...they would surely p...

Yehren: Maybe you should define "transitional." There seem to be a great many number of them... Really? Is that why you seem to be having problems naming even one? I think a Christian evolutionist is more reliable...But I suppose it depends on which one is more important to you. No disresp...

:? Don't agree. Asking Jesus into your heart is (contrary to what the author states) surrendering, trusting, believing and repenting. All those things are necessary. Even the devil believes in Him  ; obviously, that is not all that is needed.

Zenith: No matter how much time you have, you cannot make a single-celled organism become a fish or a fish become an amphibian, or a mammal, or an ape become a person, or a dinosaur become a bird. That is macroevolution. There is no proof for macroevolution. There is proof for microevolution--small ...
