Where does it say the lands were divided? I'd like to read up on that, that may provide some really good explanations.

I read somewhere that there are 5 billion species. even if there are 50,000 species, thats 100k animals on that ark. Which makes me think the flood was local, but if it was, what about dinosaurs, especially aquatic dinosaurs. Its possible they became extinct because of predators, but any other ideas...

I believe the rapture and end times are yet to come, who knows they may even be in 200,000 years when truly few people will expect it. I just had one question an atheist asked me. It was about when Jesus said "some of you standing before me will be here when I return" something like that. ...

Well those of the same language would have stayed together. But regardless of how they looked, after a few generations they would all look similar. Like if you had a colony of black and white, and they didnt care about race, eventually you would pretty much see everyone looking inbetween. After that...

But if it covered the entire world how did the ark fit the 5 billion or so species we see?
