A generation which hasn't yet come? So generation has a meaning beyond what we understand. No. Alot of the establishment of Israel as a nation and the other things have already been fulfulled in the past, so this is not an issue. http://www.tektonics.org/esch/danman.html Good article. Did Jesus decieve people about his second-coming?

Quoted from a website: Even C.S. Lewis, the respected Christian apologist and author, wrote in a 1960 essay, "'Say what you like,' we shall be told, 'the apocalyptic beliefs of the first Christians have been proved to be false. It is clear from the New Testament that they all expected the Secon...

RE:

Of course we don't know if this is due to social influence (probably so); but, it must be understood that people are social animals and can't really be defined any other way Yes, we do, there are many struggling homosexuals on this board and I can say first hand that certain social and emotional de...

RE:

You were making that same old statement saying "Who created God?" well, read this:
http://doesgodexist.org/Phamplets/WhoCr ... edGod.html

And you don't even understand the trinity so don't just go on assuming it's false.

RE:

I don't think that Ape Art 1 was a product of random stabbing/stroking.
Neither do I think it was the product of some brilliantly guided plan. Have you ever seen an ape evolve into a picasso or van gogh? I don't even think those images are what you're suggesting.

RE:

This looks organized because they could still create organized shapes and colors that they like by repeating a process of strokes and others. if the ape likes it, they'll do it, but it doesn't get that much better unless it's taught. But that doesn't really matter. Another classic example is the fac...

RE:

Again, more anthropomorphisizing. The Ape pictures are just shapes and other things they monkey is playing with, but not true art as we would have it. And I agree that no animal really comits suicide on purpose, I doubt even the hamster did (it's totally speculated and I've known people with animals...

RE:

Again there is limited evidence that these things happen like in the brain due to the fact that animals have limited consciousness. If these things were true, we'd see things like: <li> Animals creating actual cities, towns, etc. <li> Animals pursuing goals beyond basic survival tactics <li> Animals...
