Re: Discussion about Peter the Roman "the final Pope"

We may not know the exact day or time, but we are told to be watchful. I would presume an intelligent and loving God would give his faithful signs to look for (that He knows we could recognize with our limited intellect). Let's also consider the contributions of Fatima. Benedict XVI was the first an...

Re: Virgin Birth...Komodo Dragons

I clicked on the link - it's been taken down! I wonder if it received too many responses from a certain camp who wouldn't like to hear of such a thing ;)

Re: Science and morals

CS Lewis often spoke of the concept of universal morality, the fact that atheists have no logical reason to feel guilty about anything and yet they do. Most atheists would probably agree that The Holocaust was a bad thing, but in their way of thinking they really have no reason to say it's bad, do ...

Love that story, Paul. Hardest part in life is discerning whether or not the "boats" come from God or if they're just other opportunities.

Re: Scientifically documented miracles

To be perfectly honest, I consider that to be far more likely and credible than 90% of "miracles" that I hear and read about. Of course, I don't think the resurrection of Christ is "scientifically supported" either, but I don't think anyone really claims that it is. I was only t...

Re: Prayer for stronger faith

Your post here has shown the strength of your faith and the strength of the Spirit within you calling you to the truth. I will pray that the devil lets you alone for one moment that you may find your bearings. However, if that is not the case, HAVE FAITH Christ is fighting him for you -- AND HE WILL...

Re: I need help. (female problems.)

Rick is 100% right, in my opinion. Dating doesn't have to, nor should it,quickly lead to a physical relationship. In fact, due to our, unfortunately powerful human nature, our bodies will make connections with someone when we become physical. In a perfect world, we only become physical with those wh...

Re: Homosexuality is not a sin

It is simply unnatural and now you may say that in the animal kingdom, (as in nature) we do say gay animals. well, even if you do that does not make it natural. I mean, I see rapists, it would be like saying that rape is natural because some humans practice it. I'll even expand on that point furthe...

Thanks for the link :) There is also an excellent book about the suffering of Christ in Gethsemane and how it's completely medically plausible. I will find it amid my collection and link shortly :)

Psh, Dallas. Back off! Reactionary is mine! No no just kidding. But seriously. Mine. y:p2 On a serious note, I'm sorry it didn't go as planned, but there's probably someone else out there for you who will appreciate your thoughtfulness and care. Allow yourself to feel disappointed and just move on f...

Re: Response to Atheist Rally

That whole "reason" catchphrase is so disgusting. Apparently the sheep-like followers of Dawkins and his crowd don't realize that, given atheism, they can't "reason"... that many atheistic leaders believe that there's no such thing as consciousness or free will and so obviously ...
