God doesn't change as a person, but does change in His dealings with mankind. Paul completed the word of God with Paul's writing of II Timothy.

That's referring to the new heaven and earth after the millennial reign in Revelation 21, not spiritual gifts, and we have the complete word of God, which there is no need for the spiritual gifts today.

Spiritual gifts were used in the transition period in the book of Acts, and when the setting aside of Israel was complete, there was no need for spiritual gifts.

None the less if that their stance i dont nor can i see living a sinless life (not us of course) and a works based salvation coinciding.

Paul is still a man... He isnt Jesus nor god. The issue with the paulinist is their elevation of Paul and idolness of him as if He is some sort of the fourth part of the Trinity. There is one gospel, one good news, not two. Jesus. Not Paul.

Your challenge misrepresents whats being presented.
First lets define sin? What is sin? How does one sin? How is sin accounted against the person? And what is the outcome or result of sin?
