Re: Saw Narnia
Saw The Chronicles. Liked. Only complaints: should have made Aslan bigger after resurrection and should not have made him resurrect so quickly. SPOILER WARNING!!!!!! Yes I saw it myself on Sunday with my wife and some members of our church. I am big fan of the books and so was hoping this to be goo...

Does God Believe in Athiests
I have just finished reading this book by John Blanchard. It is a very good read. It starts off with giving a history of how athiesm grew and its different facets and beliefs - cos yes it is a belief system. It then drags athiems to its logical conclusion kicking and screaming - because an athiest b...

Here in England Christmas is now referred to as the Winter Festival in some places and the Nativity has been banned from most primary schools. It makes me very sad. Yes, a lot of the eastern countries have alot of godless people, regular people like you and me, and they decide to make their OWN rul...

Re: new computer fastest in the world
http://english.peopledaily.com.cn/200511/30/eng20051130_224713.html by the way, what is a 'tera flop'? A flop is "Floating operations per second". It is basically the speed of a computer. So tera is Trillion, so a tera flop is a trillion floating operations per second which is quite fast....

Left Behind Series
I have just finished reading these - all 12 of them. The first one was very interesting theologically and the interpretation they have of Revelation is very credible. The last book where Christ reappears is handled extremely well and protrays an immense level of awe and power that is to be expected ...

Isaiah 42:5 Thus says God Yahweh, he who created the heavens and stretched them out , he who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, he who gives breath to its people and spirit to those who walk in it. Interesting uh? ;) Yes I do like that one. Not bad for a three thousand year old bo...

The bible is a wonderful book of that there is no doubt. It is when my minister went over the parable of the man buying the field to keep the treasure that I started crying. The theme was that we are all on a journey searching for that treasure and some of us are taking that next step in finding it....

Just found a few interesting quotes in the Bible (NIV) Jude 1:13 They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever. Matthew 25:30 And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and g...

Thanks Thinker. I was just wondering why athiests are so adamant to prove that Dark matter exists. Other Apologetics sites seem to hate the idea of Dark Matter/ Dark Energy. I don't understand the reasoning behind it. If there is Dark matter, the universe still has a beginning - that hasn't changed ...

Also. Why is it that Atheists are searching for this Dark matter. If it exists and it is the driving force of the accelerated expansion of the universe - How does that rule out God? Wouldn't that just be the tool that God is using to expand the universe anyway? Questions questions...... God Bless Si...
