Question on Salvation/Belief in Christ

I heard a minister ask this question, and I wanted to pass it on here.

Do we believe because we are sheep?

OR

Are we sheep because we believe?

Just wanted to hear your thoughts...

Well, it's not that he believes murder is okay. He doesn't. And he makes that very clear. He believes that a person's culture is the creator of morality. Just a thought... Today till the end of the world will be defined as "New Testament times." If we consider that, the NT will be the bloodiest time in human history. Billions upon Billions will be judged by God. In Revelation, and many other books in the Bible, Scripture speaks of this mass...

What do you say?

What do you say to someone who says that all morality comes from one's culture? And when you try to explain how the Nazi's were wrong in what they did, they say that what the Nazi's did was justified because of the culture/enviroment the Nazi's lived in, allowed these acts. I find this reprehensible...
