Re: The Exorcism Of Emily Rose
Even though I am not that well versed in bible (shame to me I should read more), I believe that outwardly apparent demonic possession is real but rare. Like a lot of people, I would think that, whenever there is skepticism with the exorcism, it sounds the best way being consulting the Vatican's off...

Re: A truth, not merely a method
(1) no matter what choices I pick for any religions, (2) the truth is always there, and interestingly, (3) the truth is not always a result of "feeling good", and (4) irony of it all, "not feeling good" is simply a bell, alarming me to know and accept that, it is a concerte trut...

Access to Extra-dimension ?
Everytime I surf more on here I find interesting threads to cut it. I can't help saying something I think soul is non-physical and it has something with dimension. The link below is intriguing: http://www.godandscience.org/apologetics/xdimgod.php If there are only 4 dimensions in this world visible ...

Joy in Faith
Johnny, I think that Zoegirl brought in some good points and the relationship with God was the source of the religion. I want to add something; I highlighted the grief side of Christianity that is different from what you may have heard of the joy that the belief gives us. The "joy" that Ch...

A truth, not merely a method
Aftre reading a few posts above, they gave me some more hints about the difference between the religions. I think Christian faith is a truth so Christians try to please people; and what Christians are trying to do is humbling themselves and exalt the religion (to serve the religion, to serve the peo...

Grief = happiness = Christianity but not other religions?
Hi, I think I am not quite welcome given some threads I've posted.. but thank you if i am allowed to say something because the question is interesting. I only know Christian faith more than other religions; so what I can say is always coming from bible so you would find I am biased. I know very litt...

Christ-like Form or Christ-like substance?
If I may jump in here with a point. The meaning of the word "passion" is pain or suffering. Hence, the "passion" of Christ, a "Passion Play." I scan the posts before your post I hardly find a word "passion" significantly mentioned ; and how is it related to t...

Let it go if it was too bewildering.
Not exactly; you sounded like there was problem with me rather than with the crowds that's why I answered like this. you were right I struggled a bit with the cultural issue in my church, but it's something of mainstream culture which I find rather doubtful if it pleases the Lord or not. The tricky...

It is a leftist thought.
With all due respect, you use the word: "they".
A leftist thought.
Usually if someone complains of his unhappiness, "they" , the majority, are always more righteous. And the minority are always wrong.

mischiveour behavior isn't really my thing.
The problem is that I find people are over-reacting to trivial words and gesture which they over-interpret that is unfounded and without bases, that i don't know why they interpret this, and in reaction I feel some dislike but why should I bear all of these mis-interpretation ? they were simply too...

Re: A good speech you posted
I think my reply was too wordy to you, though I was thinking eloquent. Does it bore you? "Don't go disagreeing, simply for sake of disagreeing with the mob" ... a good speech! I think they are a "mob" because they often have some mob rules on me, e.g. when I talked to girls, the...
