Re: Which spirit is it that testifies of unitarians?

Mrtzur: For you to know he’s the son of the father you must understand that there is a father and there is a son. They cannot be the same person. They are NOT the same PERSON. As they are both each a person of the same / ONE God. Mrtzur: What makes us believe that he has the power and authority to ...

Re: Which spirit is it that testifies of unitarians?

I was certainly saved at 7, baptized at 8, and was brought up by Christian parents. So, at 7, I truly believed in my heart and mind in Jesus, asked Him to forgive me up my sins, believed Him to be the resurrected Son of the Father who died for me, and so I commited myself to following Him. It was o...

Re: Which spirit is it that testifies of unitarians?

So I had this question for a while as many of you know a lot of so called Christians deny the trinity but claim they have the Holy Spirit in them. As the Spirit of Truth ( Truth being Jesus ) will only testify to the trinity which makes me believe that it is not the Holy Spirit in work in them. So ...

Re: Salvation Equation? Jesus Coming back in 2028?

The Holy Spirit is the one convicting the world of sin, he is the one leading us to the understanding that we need a savior and cannot to anything to be good enough or save ourselves. When someone repents they admit they have sinned against a holy and eternal God and that they understand they are de...

Re: Asking God to reveal himself?

God has reveled himself to me when I asked him. It was in a vision. I think that for you to be a believer one must know for themselves not because others say he exists. And the only way to know for yourself is to ask him. What was your vision? I was outside. I just repented and asked him to reveal ...

Re: Is Gambling a Sin ?

I think everything was created for Gods glory. It all depends in your heart when you go and use these things. I think in the case of gambling the question would be if you can afford to lose, would be the right move being Gods stewards for his money.. because nothing is really ours it’s all his to be...

Re: Was Adam and Eve saved?

Genesis shows us that God has taught them about sacrifices for sin. In the garden he made garments out of an animal skin. That animal had to die for the skin to be taken. Also being saved by faith was never a New Testament thing or idea. It was always the case. Adam and Eve knew about a promise of G...

Re: The name of Jesus?

I didn’t mean it that way. Obviously the name does not matter. God is not fooled by those who called his name without having a repentant heart . Therefore it is ones heart that our Lord is looking for not which name are they calling. Just thought it would be more appropriate to use his real name as ...

Re: Iran vs. Israel

anyone (with brains) who actually read the deal and understand it would understand that the deal was a hoax. no one would of ever signed it. So you've read the deal and understand it better than the diplomats who negotiated and signed it? All I know that even cps does unannounced visits . Why shoul...

Re: What is His name?

How do I "call on the name of the Lord" (Romans 10:13) ? What is His name? his name.. acording to the ancient poly hebrew is Yeosha which is a short for Yehuvah - Oshia - The lord saves. i believe names are irrelevent for this it is your heart that will decide if you calling on him or not...

Re: Iran vs. Israel

God is not a real estate agent! You cannot kill, take, plunger and steal in the name of God. If your plight is justified but in the meantime you point a gun at a grandmother while you take their property that their great grandfathers owned there’s no justified ownership but violence and greed. no o...

Catechism: 2351 Lust is disordered desire for or inordinate enjoyment of sexual pleasure. Sexual pleasure is morally disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes.
