Re: Fined for using 37 acre farm...

You made no comment on the fact that the people on the farm are being fined for holding Bible study and prayer groups, and have been told to stop. No, they claimed that they were being fined for holding Bible study and prayer groups, but those claims were lies. Did I not say that somewhere? My bad....

Re: Fined for using 37 acre farm...

So B.W., in another thread I stated, essentially, that you were bonkers and should be in an institution. Upon reflection the comment. I'd edit it, but I'm past the window. That said, I do find threads like these alarming. B.W. and Stu, both of you have a history of instantly accepting stories that a...

Re: Muslim released despite evidence of extremist plots, murder

In above articel from the WP look at the defense team says then - look at the post on the Christian Farmers using their private land for bible studies - see anything? Yes, I see a non sequitur. There's literally no connection of any kind between the story about the religious nuts doing god knows wh...

Re: China demolishes hundreds of churches and confiscates Bibles during a crackdown on Christianity

I'm on this forum just about as much as anyone. And I've read most of edwardmurphy's posts. I've seen nothing that remotely indicates that he wants to crack down on Christianity, nevermind destroying religious freedom. Sometimes I just don't understand how people come up with this stuff. Thanks, Ri...

Re: Have we crossed the line yet?

LOL The "lies" have nothing to do with him selling stuff. People buy the products because they want to support the infowar, not because of the info he deals out. So maybe he should just solicit donations rather than selling useless, overpriced supplements. Or he could just sell supplements without ...

I guess you're entitled to believe whatever you want and to ignore all evidence to the contrary. Doesn't seem like a very good way to go about it, but what do I know?

Re: Have we crossed the line yet?

Here are the results of an independent analysis of some InfoWars brand supplements. I'm sorry to say, there's no evidence that any of it causes paranoia or crazy conspiratorial thoughts. There could be a placebo effect at work, though. Most of it's just useless, and the stuff that isn't can be purch...

Re: Have we crossed the line yet?

Agreed, but there's no legal banning taking place here.

Alex Jones has the right to spew crazy nonsense in order to sell supplements, but that hardly obligates Twitter and Apple to give him a platform to do it.

Re: Miss Socialist Lite Snubbed by Obama

I listened to it. It's a bunch of half-truths and misrepresentations. Shapiro is trying to convince us that the Democrats are actually socialists looking to abolish profit incentives because a few of them claim to be socialists and favor some tried and true programs from other countries. It's [nonse...

Re: Have we crossed the line yet?

The Constitution guarantees us the right to speak our minds without government interference. That's why I can say "Donald J. Trump is an incompetent, traitorous half-wit and the world would be a better place if he had an aneurysm and died" without fear of the secret police knocking on my door. Twitt...

Re: Miss Socialist Lite Snubbed by Obama

I only watched to the four minute mark, which is when Mr. Shapiro explained what some here fail to grasp - socialized medicine within a capitalist economy does not a socialist country make. Canada has both a safe, happy population (due to the socialist policies that they've enacted) and a high stand...

Re: Miss Socialist Lite Snubbed by Obama

An old article I found. Silliness. There's no point debating whether socialism/collectivism or laissez-faire capitalism is the best path forward. It's a false dilemma. Unadulterated they're both terrible. Judiciously combined they can produce a just, stable, prosperous society. Besides, nobody seri...

Re: Miss Socialist Lite Snubbed by Obama

I cannot stand the concept of socialism. It's immoral. Stealing money to give to others, is just plain immoral. Not to mention, it makes people lazy. It takes away the incentive to work. Capitalism is based on mutual benefit. You sound like Hannity. If you want to attack socialism then scrap the co...

Re: Miss Socialist Lite Snubbed by Obama

Guys, socialism has many definitions. As a descriptive term it's nearly as useless as liberal and conservative. What it means is entirely dependent on who's saying it. Now, B.W. seems to believe that the "socialism" of of the Third Reich, the USSR, and modern Sweden are all basically the same thing,...
