Re: Feeling the Love of God
God uses his free will to limit it by giving us free will.
Gods love has to also be seen in the light of eternity.. not just in the here and now. Understanding the big picture not just a snippet of job losing everything at once.

Re: Feeling the Love of God
Its more complicated than the rape analogy though. There is free will etc we don't know how much God can intervene in circumstances. Re: Feeling the Love of God
God's love is not a feeling, nor it can be felt. Its an act. And it can only be observed and then realized. A lot of people leave this earth seeing little to no love, think children born and died in Somalia's famine e.g. God's love transcends past our material needs too. His love doesn't mean nice ...

Re: Polygamy
I don't know... if you are brought up around it, it wouldnt be the same as suddenly having your husband with someone else as well... both are wrong and not how God intended,,, though he allowed it in the OT with king David etc.

Re: Feeling the Love of God
I think theres this thing where you feel like you are suppose to just have faith...that feelings of love would be great but its a spiritual luxury of sorts.
I dont feel Gods love...never have
but i know its not the way its suppose to be at all.
