I doubt anyone sees this, but I just read a book by Peter Goodgame who proposes Nimrod as the resurrected antichrist coming up out of the pit at the 5th trumpet I believe (Abaddon). Of course he takes the five kings have fallen being literal kings ruled by satan. Nimrod being the first.
