Question about a biologos article.

http://biologos.org/blog/does-genetics- ... mal-couple

This website says that it's impossible that humanity came from two people, and they said that they proved it using the three methods in the article. To someone who knows about genetics, is it true?

question for Old Earth Creationists

http://themadmanchronicles.com/2014/02/ ... and-years/ Is what this article says true? I'm worried about whether or not the story of Adam and Eve is true or not.

Re: Question about Jude

Basically, Jude's counting was inclusive of Adam. Okay, but then how to do Old Earth Creationists argue that the genealogies have gaps in them? Not sure what one has to do with the other... I've heard Old Earth Creationists argue that the Genesis Genealogies contain gaps in them, thus and older Ear...

What's the difference between being the seventh and being the seventh generation from Adam? How does that make the genealogies telescoped?

Question about Jude

If the genealogies in Genesis are telescoped, then why does the book of Jude say Enoch is the seventh from Adam?

Re: Website called Bible and science

Anonymous, while I won't go throught all in these links, the board of the referenced site states that they have a variety of views amongst them as it relates to Science and the Bible. And they rightly point out that the Bible is not a science book, nor was it meant to be one. Also true, as they ass...

Website called Bible and science

I found this website called Bible and Science, and the seem to believe the Bible isn't scientifically accurate. I'm worried, so could someone please tell me if what the following articles say is true or not? http://www.bibleandscience.com/bible/books/genesis/genesis1_heavenstretchedout.htm http://ww...

Question

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Science_Confirms_the_Bible I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this article says is true? I'm mostly curious about Job 38: 19 20 (the part about The Bible saying darkness is an element), and about blood being the source of life. Please let me know if the article...

Question

Can anyone tell me if this article is accurate. http://www.biblicalfulfillment.org/id25.html

I'm worried that this means that Christianity can't be true unless all the prophecies took place during the lifetime of the apostles (crazy I know, but I have serious OCD when it comes to stuff like this).

Re: Question about Matthew 24:34

Thanks. One more question. Does Matthew 10:23 mean that Jesus would come back before the apostles visited every city in Jerusalem? Please answer, I'm really stumped on this one.

Question about Matthew 24:34

Does "this generation" mean that the prophecy had to be fulfilled during the time of the apostles, or does the grammar allow it to refer to a future generation?

Isaiah 39 question

Is Isaiah 39: 6-7 referring to Manasseh, or to Jeconiah and Daniel and his friends?

Quick question

https://answers.yahoo.com/question/inde ... 033AA1vwNZ I wanted to know if what the person mamma pajama says is right (that the word yalad doesn't appear in the Genesis Genealogies and that it's instead vayoled) and if it's the case, are gaps still possible?
