Archaeology Reveals: Jericho's walls DID fall, city WAS burned!

So, the Bible says its passage (at the bottom of this page), from Joshua, actually happened, just as the Lord had told Joshua it would. And archaeological excavations at the ancient site of Jericho (see video linked below) have likewise revealed the walls fell and the city was burned, precisely as the book of Joshua records! This is just one more, of countless amazing cases, in which archaeology has confirmed yet another miraculous Biblical passage - again, powerfully confirming that Scripture is true and trustworthy. The difference between the Bible and all false religions' books and contentions is that there are massive evidences from science and history which continue to confirm much of what it records. In fact, NO Bible passage clearly written and asserted as an actual historical account, has EVER been proven to be false - which should tell us something important about the Source of Scripture's inspiration and God's control of events.

Joshua 6: 1 Now Jericho was shut up inside and outside because of the people of Israel. None went out, and none came in. 2 And the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and mighty men of valor. 3 You shall march around the city, all the men of war going around the city once. Thus shall you do for six days. 4 Seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark. On the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. 5 And when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, when you hear the sound of the trumpet, then all the people shall shout with a great shout, and the wall of the city will fall down flat, and the people shall go up, everyone straight before him.”
