Probably up to 80% of the total population of people that have ever been will not be saved. I put a low estimate since infant mortality rates were quite high for most of history and prehistory, so a lot of babies will be in heaven, and we really don't know how much of the caveman like Homo Erectus or Neanderthal were saved.
