The Ten Commandments have been highly influential throughout the world. But for many people today, it's been reduced to a list of commands to a list of optional do's and don'ts. Dr. Munro goes to the Old Testament to show both the context and purpose of the commandments. As he focuses on the first two, we'll be encouraged to love, trust, serve and obey the one true God above all else and to worship Him with our heads, our hearts and our wills.

Monday, April 7 Ten Commandments or Ten Suggestions? Part 1

Tuesday, April 8 Ten Commandments or Ten Suggestions? Part 2

Wednesday, April 9 The First Commandment: No Other God

Thursday, April 10 The Second Commandment: Worship God's Way, Part 1

Friday, April 11 The Second Commandment: Worship God's Way, Part 2

Does anyone actually read/listen to these? Just curious.

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.Amen.

I hope so! McGee is for the most part very good. I've listened to and read him for years now.

And that, brothers and sisters, is the kind of foolishness you get people who insist on denying biblical theism. A good illustration of any as the length people will go to avoid acknowledging basic truths.

I wasn't having a go at anyone, I was only wondering because no one had ever commented in here about any of the posts and I was curious what they were like. I just thought it strange that there has never been any discussion on the topics. Geez people jump to conclusions much!! Unless I'm reading a tone which isn't there but usually when people do ...... It is a sign of derision. 8-}2
