Patterns of Evidence: Exodus

Post by Kurieuo »

Recently watched Patterns of Evidence: Exodus by Tim Mahoney in Netflix (see imdb).

I've personally never investigated such entirely. Found it really helpful to placing some of the evidence I've heard over the years on one side, and yet on the other side claims that there is no evidence. Mahoney would have approached it in the manner I probably would have, just wanting to know the truth. Feel he was quite balanced.

In any case, I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Yes, watched it on Netflix ...

Very good. Around 1983-84 I purchased a book Ancient History/Archaeology which discussed that the evidences pointed to an earlier time period for Exodus in the latter Middle Kingdom. Now this newest Archaeological digs the evidence is overwhelming and the producer of the film points that out well.

Like how he shows the bias folks against this view despite the newer evidence for it...

Very good film...
