By the way ... this is how AIG present the information and link to this program.
We have come to learn that the two-hour TBN TV interview program—which aired on Thursday evening and really turned out to be a debate on Genesis between AiG President Ken Ham and progressive creationist Hugh Ross—has already had several thousand viewings through the video archives of TBN’s website. Ken, who will be speaking in Downey, California (LA area), through Monday evening (see the event page for details), has reported to us from California that he had a special “fire” on the program to get the message of biblical authority across to viewers—Christians should not take the opinions of fallible scientists and reinterpret the plain teachings of Genesis concerning Creation and Flood. Watch the TV program (by the way, four others participated in the panel) at this link.
Note the bolded portion (my bolding.) Ham can't and won't accept that others interpret Genesis differently based upon Genesis and not compromise with science. Ham doesn't have the grace, in my opinion, to allow others to represent their own positions. He has to represent anyone who disagrees with Him as a compromiser as opposed to someone who legitimately disagrees with him.

Dogmatism is the comfortable intellectual framework of self-righteousness. Self-righteousness is more decadent than the worst sexual sin. ~ Dan Allender
