Do Jews believe HaSatan will be punished?

So it seems HaSatan is a loyal servant whose' job it is to test people. Then why is he called HaSatan, meaning (from what I've gathered) the Enemy?

So if Jews don't think the Serpent was Satan, then who was it?
What about Leviathan (in verses where God says he'll punish it) as well?
I do think that even though opposition may occur, like with humans, God uses it for His will.

"HaSatan" is a better translation than just Satan IMO. Because then, every time you say his name, you're laughing in the devil's face. Ha! Satan. :razzing: :evilshaking:

Also good find on the Hebrew concept of Satan, Rick.
