In a way you do, because if you have the ability to do it there's probably nothing stopping you in practical terms; but in another way your freedom is probably limited by your knowledge of right and wrong and your fear of going to jail. Of course we technically have the freedom to do as we please as long as we're able, but the question was whether we should.
