I voted 'no', because even a seperation of governing entities (church & 'state') can equally establish their own marriage laws and shouldn't be conflicting
amongst each other both as citizens and representatives of the U.S. as a whole. Depleting Health Insurance is about as costly as the former war reaction
after the 01 'terrorism'. It's like stabbing yourself in the heart and demanding a pulse, a blood flow unaffected by the mutilation, expecting citizens to
survive under such conditions isn't much of a 'solution' even with limited 'freedom'. I hope I haven't offended anyone by saying these things.
