All the same perspectives today? What about regards to helloween and or xmas? I guess through in thanks and giving and valentines? Is all equate to same playing field?

If you don't want to celebrate holidays, perhaps you could convert to Jehovah's Witnesses.

It's not the holiday or celebration as such. Its the intent.

For Easter, I do a Easter egg hunt and write down scripture clues e.g 'i am the door'. So the egg would be hidden around a door and so forth.

Valentines day is just to make sure we are getting enough chocolate.
