Nabeel Qureshi died of stomach cancer this past September. I have heard some Muslims say Allah cursed him by giving him stomach cancer because he left Islam.

All of his books are worth reading.

Of course they would. And yet, Muhammad himself was in great pain from having been poisoned, and says "now it has cut off my aorta." Once you point out those words, politely ask them what Quran 69:44-46 says.
