Proverbs 21:19
It is better to live in a desert land
Than with a contentious and vexing woman.

Way too many.
Most people have a rudimentary "sunday school" understanding of Christianity.

And then as many start going through puberty, they become Atheists with at most a 13 year old "sunday school" understanding of Christianity. I say, a deeper understanding for myself with the rationality, logic, and deeper understanding of Christianity didn't start happening for myself until 18 years old. If I turned away at 13 years or so of age, it certainly wouldn't have been for rational reasons.

Twwwwisted.Lets get it twwwwwwwwwisted. Everytime I see that word flashbacks of walking into the wrong nightclub in Ft. Lauderdale 1999 hearing Wayne G. Man I really dislike nightclubs. Let alone getting tricked going into that place. Lets get twisted boom boom boom.

Bunch of sick degenerates dressed in black leather with dog collars leashes baby pacifiers and stuff."unlike you we're open minded accetping non judgemental people and everyone is welcome except a--holes like you!" She lambasted me for calling spades spades as I hissed gave them the fingers and left. I was so poor back then I could not even afford a taxi back to the dorms. Repugnant. Sickening place. Pearls to pigs truely. Funny how some people KNOW you don't want a certain thing, participate in a certain thing, go to a certain place etc. Something that bothers you or makes you feel uncomfortable, so they will go out of thier way to peer pressure then when that doesnt work manipulate/trick you into it. Anyways.

I feel the most twisted way of thinking of scripture is this sect of non-judgementalism taken to extremes in every way shape and form I see as part of mainstream Christianity now. Jesus said not to judge others. Yet at the same time it feels like everyone who's never picked up a Bible in thier lives, even the outright ungodly, instantly parrots this scripture back to make the person shut up. If you dare call then out on thier behavior. The walls go up and it's all "we are all sinners and you have no right to judge me for ___________ .bla bla bla" and "Only God can judge me bla bla bla." "how dare you say this to me bla bla bla"

I realize judging/condeming others is wrong. Yes. I understand. Getting to the why, the heart of the matter with patience and forgiveness comes first. I get it. But at the same time I just think this scripture has been totally twisted out of Jesus's original message/intent. It's being misused.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm bored so I'm going to the casino be a hypocrite smoke cigars drink beers and play black jack so please don't judge me thanks.

Kinda like when someone preaches that if you never contacted cancer, you would never know how good God was, praise God for cancer. That teaching satan made up all by himself .

What's the difference?

Tell me the difference between these two sentences:

I haven't enjoyed myself so much in years.

I haven't enjoyed myself so much for years.

Isn't being thankful in all circumstances, in practicality, the same as being thankful for all circumstances?

No, bad example....

It's like being thankful in the shower and being thankful for the shower....

in the shower you could be thankful that you are about to go to a concert

being thankful in the situation is not the same as necessarily being thankful for it.

Grigori Rasputin said this: "Before we can repent, we have to sin."

The phrase, "God made sin so we should know mercy...", is reportedly something else Rasputin said which reflect his lifestyle back in the days of the last Czar.

So the movie must be about Rasputin wannabe????
