How long does it take tamiflu to get out of your system? My wife has been nauseous and vomitting for 3 days after stopping tamiflu advised by her doc. How long does it take tamiflu to get out of her system? Is it worth visit ER? Doc's office is closed today.

This may be a sign of something more serious - three days is too long. These symptoms dehydrate a person.
Take you wife to the emergency room - hospital immediatly. Don't delay
