Matthew 12:31-32 (NIV)
And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. [32] Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

Blasphemy against the Holy spirit will not be forgiven.

Mat 12:31 Therefore I say to you, All kinds of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven to men, but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to men.

I believe it's when one repudiates God after having received the Holy Spirit.

Hi, I'm new to this forum even though I have been a long time visitor of http://www.godandscience.org. I just wanted to say that I think you have to reject the Holy Spirit until the day you die. Once you accept the testamonie of the Holy Spirit, its work is done, but if you conciously reject the Holy Spirit for your entire life like what the Pharisees did, you are doomed!!! I found an interesting article on this at another website since I couldn't find some good stuff on it on the godandscience.org website, here is the link --> http://christiananswers.net/q-eden/unpardonablesin.html.
