it really comes down to the definition of sin. sin is turning from God. sin is acting against our inbuilt conscious and or the Holy Spirit. Since animals don't have a conscious awareness of God they cannot sin even though what they appear to do is sinful by human standards (such as murder etc). They...

i agree that he has over simplified leviticus but i think the gist is that there are a lot of things in leviticus which were highly relevent to the israelite nation of the day but may not be so relevent today.
