Sorry G. I thought it was pretty obvious. Even for me. You must not be as perceptive in your old age. ;)

Re: Shame on Al Gore

In defense of Al Gore, I can understand why he did this. He didn't want to sell to Glenn Beck because Beck's religious and political beliefs are too different than his own. Beck is a narrow minded, conservative. Whereas Islam is a very open and tolerant religion. Islam wants all people to live toget...

Re: When in evolution did souls come in?

Why would God need to do that Rick? I mean, why not create Eve just as Adam? I'm not sure what you're asking Paul. I didn't say God needed to do it that way. I'm just trying to see how Byblos understands the text here as an allegory. When God created all other mammals, he created them male and fema...

God said it was good, not perfect.
I guess it depends on what one means by "perfect". Perfect, meaning without sin, no. Perfect, meaning ideal to bring about a desired effect, yes.

Re: Problem of evil

First, there is natural evil and moral evil. The former includes anything that brings suffering, unpleasantness, or difficulty into the lives of creatures. Earthquakes, floods, diseases, injuries, and death are examples of natural evil. Moral evil is the sin of rational creatures (angels and men). ...

Hey all, It's been awhile since I've posted on here, and this might could go under another topic, but since it's light hearted and the like, I'll ask here. My youngest son, who is 13, will be doing the "Polar Plunge" (where they jump in the frozen lake) for the 3rd year in a row. It's a f...
