Re: Help!
Please provide an answer for this most confusing issue that I cannot seem to get around. If the Universe is "finite" does that mean there is a definite end, a limit to where, if possible, you could not travel any further. Is this what is meant by the Universe being "Finite?" I s...

Re: Life
Got your back man.
I just prayed for the both of us.
I am having difficult times with sin, I know it is bad, but I do certain things anyway then feel bad about it.
I have faith, but need help on control I guess.

Re: The Fall of Man
One other thing, God made us in his image. Free thinking free to choose, free to make our own decisions. He did not want automatons, robots that do a pre-selected actions, he wanted free thinkers to talk to him, be his family, free to disagree, free to love of their own accord, not because they were...

Re: The Fall of Man
As far a death is concern, I would disagree that you can make the assumption that animals and plants died. The story simply does not give this information. I could just as easily argue there was no death for anything. Again, the story does not specify whether or not death existed for any living crea...

Re: Movie Release "The Golden Compass"
I'm still trying to decide whether to see it or not. I haven't read the books. Not something I'd take kids to see, despite it being marketed as a children's movie. There need to be more movies out there that portray the church as good guys... :( The author wrote the books to turn children against G...

Re: Infant Vaccinations?
Hello once again, My wife and I are having a debate right now on vaccinations for our infant girl. She is only a few weeks old and is approaching the first round of vaccinations. Basically the debate is this: I feel that are justifiable defenses against deadly diseases and should be kept on schedul...

Re: 1 Corinthians 14:34
Well... firstly off the bat (pun perhaps intended), this passage is definitely not condoning beating a woman. However, in order to judge the morality of another culture (which is what is being done with the person who makes a moral challenge on this particular passage), a person needs to base their...

Re: 1 Corinthians 14:34
1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they are to be submissive, as the law also says. What's up with this? I thought that with the coming of Jesus, "the Law" went out the window. How can a logical argument be made to just...

Re: Man reaching into outer space; should christians go too?
I really think the second coming will happen and we will all be in the new creation with God before man can get off this earth.
If God wanted us to be on another planet it would have happened.
That being said i am a huge SCI FI fan.
