Finding a flaw here and there in a Victorian
theory is like beating up on Newton. Unseemly
and, withal, rather churlish.
Citing pop pseudoscience from a crackpot
( Behe) just makes it more distasteful.
I thought you meant ToE was easily disproved.
That would be a completely different thing.

Re: Great video series for Old Earth Creationism
You seemed so certain that the gap theory was wrong that one assumed you thought your version was the correct one. It's much easier to prove that a theory (like YEC, Gap, and Darwinistic Evolution) contradicts Scripture and/or Science than it is to find a theory that is consistent with all the know...

Out of Body
Good article in the New Yorker https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2018/04/02/are-we-already-living-in-virtual-reality Thomas Metzinger had his first out-of-body experience when he was nineteen. He was on a ten-week meditation retreat in the Westerwald, a mountainous area near his home, in Frankfurt....

Re: Noah's Flood: when did it occur?
Perhaps I'm somewhat putting words in Audie's mouth, but if I understand her sentiments, I think it would be wise for many Christians who discuss creation, the flood and the like to pay attention. First, regarding RTB, they have bible scholars, and have rubbed shoulders with some of the best (e.g.,...

Re: Merry Christmas!!
It amuses me how people in general can say to one another enthusiastically 'Merry Christmas!!' and really seem to care if you have great holiday..... But what about the rest of the year? Its like they are saying... 'Make sure you have a good christmas but I dont really care if the rest of the year ...

Re: Transitional / intermediate
So - Audie -- what about your thoughts regarding the birth of Jesus. Top of pg 11, to be found with a modicum of effort on your part, you say " mock evrrything that you've come across within it" (the bible) followed by other invidious statements about "errors in most everything."...
