Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Neo, I think you may be confusing what we THINK or Hypothesis about what caused the big bang with what did ( which we don't know). https://www.space.com/31192-what-triggered-the-big-bang.html My point, again, is that we need to be careful using the term "miracle" one way or another since ...

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Neo, We can explain what about the big bang? The an existing singularity "exploded" and expand into the beginnings of the universe? What caused the singularity? If it was always there, what caused it to "expand" ? There is no scientific law that states, equivocally: Singularitie...

Re: What Makes Human Beings Special?

K, I don't wish to intrude in your discussion with Kenny. This is what I think. Looking broadly, I'd say that life is special and whatever it entails. Human beings are special only under that and/or because God chose them.

Why is life special?
It is self-evident that it is.

What do you think?

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Neo: Remember, if molecules to man evolution is true then creating Adam is unnecessary. But it is a different case when it comes to Christ, because there is no other way Christ could be born except a miracle. Seems one huge error Neo makes is that he cherrypicks what he considers a miracle, and wha...

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Rick, may be there are underlying assumptions from both of our points that makes us see things differently. I see what I am saying and carefully weighing it I can clearly see the difference and no internal inconsistency in my view but when you see it from your side with your underlying assumptions, ...

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

If God created Adam that would be a miracle too, right? You said "all humans", and "no exceptions". I'm not sure how you can be consistent if you allow for the miracle of Christ's conception, but won't allow for Adam's miraculous creation. On one hand, you say if God had to step...

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Christ. I see but we are talking about evolution from molecules to man which doesn't necessitate a miracle. Christ's birth doesn't fall under evolution. I think I have said it before, I think miracles can happen. If God created Adam that would be a miracle too, right? You said "all humans"...

Re: The Truth Surrounding the Theory of Evolution and its Rationale

Neo, In your last response to me, I have a few questions, but one thing really stood out to me for obvious reasons. Speaking of evolution, you said: No exceptions? No miracles needed or are allowed? Do you see where I'm going with this? I don't. Please share. Christ. I see but we are talking about ...

Neo, In your last response to me, I have a few questions, but one thing really stood out to me for obvious reasons.
